titleOfInvention Solid-state imaging device, imaging method, and electronic apparatus
abstract The present disclosure relates to a solid-state imaging device, an imaging method, and an electronic device that can shorten an exposure time. One pixel and the other pixel are pixels having different exposure start timing and exposure end timing. Active light starts emitting light and completes emitting light during the exposure time of one pixel. For example, one pixel performs exposure start and exposure end before and after emission of active light. The other pixel starts exposure at the timing when the active light starts to emit light and passes time Ta1 (the time Ta2 until the end of irradiation remains), and the exposure ends after the exposure of one pixel is completed. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, an imaging device that performs imaging using active light.
