abstract An object is to provide a novel FAD-GDH having high practicability. A glucose dehydrogenase is provided having the following amino acid sequence (a) or (b): (a) an amino acid sequence in which lysine at position 354 of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is substituted with valine, isoleucine, proline or glutamine; (b) an amino acid sequence having 80% or more identity to the amino acid sequence of (a) An amino acid sequence in which the low temperature reactivity for glucose dehydrogenase activity is improved as compared with the polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 in the polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence.
