The nucleoside derivative of the present invention or a salt thereof is characterized by being represented by the following chemical formula (1). [Chemical formula 1] In the above chemical formula (1), Su is a group having a sugar skeleton in a nucleoside residue or a group having a sugar phosphate skeleton in a nucleotide residue, and may or may not have a protecting group. L 1 and L 2 each independently represent a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, X 1 and X 2 are each independently an imino group (—NR 1 —), an ether group (—O—), or a thioether group (—S—), R 1 is a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms. |
