titleOfInvention | Solid-state imaging device, method of manufacturing the same, and electronic device |
abstract | The present technology relates to a solid-state imaging device capable of suppressing the occurrence of color mixing, a method of manufacturing the same, and an electronic device. The solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a pixel region, and the pixels are provided on a first optical filter layer provided on the photoelectric conversion portion and a first optical filter layer. A first optical filter layer and a second optical filter layer of at least any one pixel, comprising: two optical filter layers; and a separation wall separating at least a part of the first optical filter layer into pixels One of them is formed by an infrared cut filter, and the other is formed by a color filter. The present technology can be applied to a CMOS image sensor provided with pixels for visible light. |
