Another object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for producing an organophosphorus compound using the organomagnesium phosphide or organomagnesium phosphide complex. As a solution, it is possible to provide an organomagnesium phosphide represented by the following formula (1), an organomagnesium phosphide complex represented by the following formula (9), and reacting these reagents with an electrophilic agent. Provided is a method for producing the characterized organophosphorus compound.
