An object of the present invention is to provide a method for analyzing biomolecules that can easily suppress blockage of nanopores. In the first embodiment of the present invention, at least one selected from the group consisting of a step of preparing a substrate having nanopores, a biomolecule, a primary amine, a secondary amine, a guanidine compound, and a salt thereof. Placing a sample solution containing the compound (A) on the substrate, and detecting a change in light or electrical signal generated when the biomolecule passes through the nanopore. This is a molecular analysis method. |
