In the chocolate-like food containing highly unsaturated fatty acid-containing fat and oil, by adjusting the pH to a predetermined range, it was possible to suppress the change in taste over time. It is desirable to use highly unsaturated fatty acid-containing fats and oils that have been subjected to anti-oxidation treatment. In this case, it is desirable that the anti-oxidation treatment is carried out by dispersing an aqueous phase in which a predetermined amount of a water-soluble anti-oxidant is dissolved in a fat containing the highly unsaturated fatty acid-containing fat or oil at a particle diameter of 300 nm or less .
