abstract | Provided are a protective film forming film and a protective film forming composite sheet capable of preventing a semiconductor chip from being charged. An energy ray-curable protective film-forming film, wherein the protective film-forming film has a surface resistivity of 1012 Ω · cm or less when cured by irradiation with energy rays. The protective film-forming film preferably contains an antistatic agent, and the antistatic agent is an anionic surfactant antistatic agent, a cationic surfactant antistatic agent, or a nonionic surfactant antistatic agent. It is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of an inhibitor, an amphoteric surfactant-based antistatic agent, and a nonionic surfactant-based antistatic agent. |
