abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a reflective layer having excellent diffuse reflectivity and a reflective layer. The method for producing a reflective layer of the present invention comprises a step 1 in which a composition containing a liquid crystal compound and a chiral agent is applied onto a substrate, the composition is heated to align the liquid crystal compound to form a cholesteric liquid crystal phase, and a cholesteric liquid crystal phase. And 2) forming a reflective layer by cooling or heating the composition so that the helical induction force of the chiral agent contained in the composition in the state is increased by 5% or more. |
