titleOfInvention Imaging devices, electronic devices
abstract The present technology relates to an imaging apparatus and an electronic apparatus that can be configured to appropriately perform pupil correction. A photoelectric conversion film that absorbs light of a predetermined color component to generate a signal charge, a first lower electrode provided below the photoelectric conversion film, and a second lower electrode connected to the first lower electrode A via that connects the first lower electrode and the second lower electrode, and a photodiode that is formed below the second lower electrode and generates a signal charge corresponding to the amount of incident light. The first distance between the center of the photodiode at the corner center and the center of the via is different from the second distance between the center of the photodiode at the field angle end and the center of the via. The present technology can be applied to an imaging apparatus.
