titleOfInvention | Method for culturing adherent cells |
abstract | In the present invention, adherent-type cells were cultured in a liquid medium in a culture vessel made of an alicyclic structure-containing polymer, and the cells were detached from the culture vessel by a liquid flow and cultured without adding a proteolytic enzyme. A method for culturing adherent cells, comprising suspending cells in a liquid medium. Since cell adhesion to the alicyclic structure-containing polymer culture vessel is loose adhesion, the cells can be easily detached with a weak force such as pipetting. |
