abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a microneedle having improved penetrability and shape retention, by solving the problems of the conventional microneedle. A cone-shaped microneedle (10) having a tip (2) containing a drug and a biodegradable polymer and a base (4) not containing a drug, the tip (1) side being a tip reinforcing region ( 6), the base (3) side adjacent to the tip reinforced region (6) is formed as a non-reinforced region (7), and the hardness of the tip reinforced region (6) is the non-reinforced region (7). The microneedle (10), wherein the microneedle (10) is higher in hardness. The microneedle patch provided with the microneedle (10) of the present invention can reduce the pressing strength when applied to a patient, and can reduce pain and fear of the patient. |
