abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of dry eye associated with Sjogren's syndrome, comprising ozagrel or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is a treatment for dry eye cornea and conjunctival epithelial disorder associated with Sjogren's syndrome, which has a strong tendency to remain after instillation of a general dry eye treatment (eg, artificial tears). In particular, it exhibits an excellent therapeutic effect. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is useful as a pharmaceutical composition for treating dry eye associated with Sjogren's syndrome. |
