abstract | It is an object to provide a resin composition in which the selection of an additive suitable for the application and the improvement of the adhesion of the formed resin layer to the metal layer are easy. The resin composition according to one aspect of the present invention is a resin composition containing a synthetic resin and an additive, and is the lowest free orbit calculated by semi-empirical molecular orbital calculation using the AM1 method of the additive. Has an energy level of −0.2 eV or less. As content of the additive with respect to 100 mass parts of synthetic resins, 0.1 mass part or more and 10 mass parts or less are preferable. The additive may be a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic compound. The heterocyclic compound may have an amino group, a thiol group, or a combination thereof. The synthetic resin may include a resin having a polar group. The resin having a polar group may be polyimide, polyesterimide, polyester, polyamideimide, phenoxy resin, or a combination thereof. |
