titleOfInvention Micro chamber array plate
abstract A small number of target cells (specific cells) mixed in a huge number of cells existing in a test sample can be detected with high sensitivity and high coverage. A microchamber array plate in which a plurality of microchambers, which are concave portions capable of accommodating various cells, are regularly arranged and formed on the main surface thereof in the same shape. The main surface and the microchamber have a hydrophilic surface, and the microchamber is arranged and formed so that the center of gravity of the opening shape of the recess coincides with the virtual lattice point on the main surface. Moreover, it has an opening shape that remains in 30% or less of the line segments connecting adjacent virtual lattice points.
