abstract | The present invention relates to a muscle synthesis promoting agent capable of efficiently ingesting milk protein and having a muscle synthesis promoting action. More particularly, the present invention relates to 0.2-1.2 wt% soy polysaccharide, 0.1-0.5 wt% HM pectin, 0.01-0.1 wt% fibrous insoluble. The present invention relates to a muscle synthesis promoter containing as an active ingredient an acidic liquid composition containing cellulose and a milk protein mixture containing casein protein and whey protein. The muscle synthesis promoter of the present invention can prevent the curding of milk protein in the stomach and enhance the absorption of milk protein while promoting the absorption of milk protein. |
