A di (hetero) arylacetonitrile compound represented by the formula: CHAr 1 Ar 2 CN (Ar 1 and Ar 2 represent a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group), and a formula: Ar 3 X 3 (Ar 3 is substituted) Or an unsubstituted aromatic group, X 3 represents a halogen atom), and a variety of tri (hetero) arylacetonitriles by reacting with a halogenated aromatic compound represented in the presence of a palladium catalyst. A compound is synthesized. The di (hetero) aryl acetonitrile compound used as a substrate can be synthesized by a two-step reaction using a halogenated acetonitrile compound as a starting material. Therefore, various tri (hetero) arylacetonitrile compounds can be easily synthesized with few steps. |
