abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid solder resist composition having a high reflectivity and capable of forming a solder resist layer in which deterioration due to light is suppressed. The liquid solder resist composition according to the present invention comprises a carboxyl group-containing resin, a photopolymerizable compound containing at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerizable prepolymer, and photopolymerization initiation. An agent, titanium oxide, and a compound having a cyclic ether skeleton. Titanium oxide contains both rutile titanium oxide produced by the sulfuric acid method and rutile titanium oxide produced by the chlorine method. |
