abstract | The present invention provides methods and means that can specifically detect target nucleic acids containing modified nucleobases. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for measuring a target nucleic acid containing a modified nucleobase, including: (1) incubating the nucleic acid sample and the modified nucleobase pairing heterologous nucleic acid probe in a solution; and (2) using the antibody against the heterologous pairing modified nucleobase in the solution obtained in (1). Measuring modified nucleobases. The present invention also provides a kit for measuring a target nucleic acid comprising a modified nucleobase, comprising: (I) a modified nucleobase pairing heterologous nucleic acid probe; and (II) an antibody against the heterologous pairing modified nucleobase. |
