titleOfInvention Anti-fogging agent composition and anti-fogging article using the same
abstract An anti-fogging agent composition having excellent anti-fogging performance is provided. An anti-fogging agent composition comprises a copolymer (A), a polyfunctional blocked isocyanate compound (B), and a surfactant (C). The copolymer (A) contains 35 to 90 parts by weight of the monomer (A-1) and 5 to 60 parts by weight of the monomer (A) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the copolymer (A). -2) and 5 to 30 parts by weight of the monomer (A-3). The NCO / OH ratio, which is the ratio of the isocyanate group content (NCO) of the polyfunctional blocked isocyanate compound (B) and the hydroxyl group content (OH) of the copolymer (A), is 0.1 to 1.5. Is within the range. The surfactant (C) is 1.00 to 10.0 parts by weight of an anionic surfactant (C-1) and 0.01 to 3 parts per 100 parts by weight of the copolymer (A). 0.000 part by weight of a cationic surfactant (C-2).
