The both ends of the foam layer and the coating layer in the axial direction of the roller are cut, and the sealing layer 4 is provided on the cut surface of the cut foam layer and the coating layer, and at least the foam layer is cut by the sealing layer. The surface is covered, and the sealing layer contains an aqueous urethane resin. |
