abstract | In the examination of blood properties such as thrombus formation and platelet function measurement, disodium 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonate is a solution to the problem that the measurement data changes due to blood sedimentation in the reservoir during measurement. Erythrocyte sedimentation is suppressed using ion transport inhibitors of erythrocyte membranes such as (DNDS) and 4,4'-diisothiocyanatostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DIDS) to obtain accurate measurement data. |
