titleOfInvention Magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and fat suppression water image calculation method
abstract In order to obtain a high-accuracy water image in which fat signals remain at a desired ratio without losing contrast by a simple method, a plurality of echo signals obtained by reconfiguring echo signals obtained at a plurality of different echo times are obtained. By weighting and adding the images, a water image in which fat signals are suppressed at a desired ratio is obtained. At this time, the plurality of different echo times are set so that the phase difference between the water signal and the fat signal included in each image is different in at least two images. In addition, the weighting coefficient used for the weighted addition is determined so as to cancel the difference in signal intensity due to the difference in echo time and to suppress the fat signal at a desired ratio in the water image.
