titleOfInvention | Quantum dot material and electroluminescent device |
abstract | It is an object to provide a quantum dot material and an electroluminescent element capable of efficiently forming a non-light emitting region in a short time. The above-mentioned problem is solved by a quantum dot material (2) characterized by comprising a photoreactive functional group. An electroluminescent element (10) having a first electrode (1), a functional layer (3) including at least one light emitting layer (3c), and a second electrode (5a) on a substrate (13). The at least one light emitting layer (3c) includes a quantum dot material (2), and the quantum dot material (2) is a predetermined quantum dot material (2). The above-described problem is solved by the electroluminescent element (10). |
