abstract | The present invention fixes an antithrombotic compound other than heparin or a derivative of heparin to a base material, prevents elution of the antithrombotic compound from the base material, and has a high antithrombogenicity for a long period of time. It aims to provide a thrombotic material. The present invention relates to a coating material containing a polymer skeleton structure, a skeleton structure of 4- (aminomethyl) benzenecarboximidamide or benzeneamidine, and a skeleton structure of methoxybenzenesulfonic acid amide, and a group whose surface is coated with the coating material. The coating material is covalently bonded to the substrate, and the peak abundance ratio of the carbonyl group-derived component to the total component of the C1s peak measured by X-ray electron spectroscopy on the surface is 1.0 atomic% or more. An antithrombogenic material is provided. |
