abstract The fluorescence or absorbance detection method of the present invention is characterized in that resazurin is reduced to resorufin by diaphorase in the presence of SH reagent and NADH or NADPH, and the resulting fluorescence intensity or absorbance is measured. The method for measuring ADP according to the present invention comprises a step 2-1 in which ADP and an ADP-dependent hexokinase are allowed to act on glucose, and glucose-6-phosphate obtained in the step 2-1 is mixed with NAD or NADP and Step 2-2 in which glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase is allowed to act, and NADH or NADPH and diaphorase obtained in Step 2-2 are allowed to act on resazurin in the presence of an SH reagent, and the resulting fluorescence intensity or And 2-3 step of measuring the absorbance.
