abstract Provided is a flexographic printing plate capable of suppressing white spots at the rear end of an image area while preventing a decrease in solid density, and capable of printing without visually recognizing density discontinuities. A flexographic printing plate having one or more image portions, wherein at least one image portion has a plurality of recesses formed in an end region having a predetermined width from an end side, and the depth of the recesses is 2 to 9 μm. A flexographic printing plate in which the area ratio of the recesses in the edge region is highest on the edge side and lowest on the center side of the image portion.
