abstract |
In the present invention, the amount of fluorine contained in the glass is 0.23 mol% on the depth profile by secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) in which the horizontal axis is the depth and the vertical axis is the fluorine concentration (mol%). -It is related with the glass plate which is more than 21 mol% and less than [mu] m. According to the glass plate of the present invention, it is possible to effectively suppress warping after chemical strengthening, and to omit or simplify the polishing treatment before chemical strengthening. |
