titleOfInvention | Heterocyclic acetic acid amide compounds |
abstract | The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) useful as a dopamine D1 receptor positive allosteric modulator (D1PAM). The present inventors have a dopamine D1 receptor positive allosteric modulating action and prevent cognitive dysfunction, schizophrenia negative symptoms, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, drug dependence, etc. The present inventors completed the present invention by examining compounds useful as active ingredients of therapeutic pharmaceutical compositions and confirming that heterocyclic acetic acid amide compounds have a dopamine D1 receptor positive allosteric modulating action. The heterocyclic acetic acid amide compound of the present invention has a dopamine D1 receptor positive allosteric modulating action and prevents cognitive dysfunction, schizophrenia negative symptoms, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, drug dependence and the like. It can be used as a therapeutic agent. |
