titleOfInvention | Treatment agent for synthetic fiber filament, synthetic fiber filament and base fabric |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a treating agent for synthetic fiber filaments that reduces fluff and fibrillation in the weaving process of synthetic fiber filaments and at the same time has excellent scouring properties of a base fabric woven with synthetic fiber filaments. An object of the present invention is to provide an applied synthetic fiber filament and a base fabric woven from the synthetic fiber filament. From the group consisting of an ester compound (A1) which is a condensate of a polyoxyalkylene group-containing hydroxy fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester and a dicarboxylic acid and an ester compound (A2) in which at least one hydroxyl group of the condensate is blocked with a fatty acid. Essentially contains at least one selected ester compound (A) and an ether ester type ester compound (B), and contains (A) and (B) in a specific ratio and a specific total weight ratio. It has been found that the treatment agent for synthetic fiber filaments has less fuzz and fibrillation and is excellent in scourability. |
