titleOfInvention | Staining for tissue staining, method for producing staining for tissue staining, and tissue staining kit including staining for tissue staining |
abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a tissue staining stain and a tissue staining kit including the same, which improve the determination accuracy of a fluorescent signal. A staining agent for tissue staining containing dye resin particles composed of thermosetting resin resin particles and a fluorescent dye fixed to the resin particles as a staining component, wherein the resin particles have a charge substitution opposite to that of the fluorescent dye. It has a group and is ionic or covalently bonded to the fluorescent dye, and the coefficient of variation of the particle diameter of the dye resin particles is 15% or less. |
