titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing photoelectric conversion element |
abstract | An object of this invention is to provide the manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion element which is excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency and has high durability. The present invention relates to a photoelectric conversion element having a substrate, a first electrode, a short-circuit prevention layer, a photoelectric conversion layer containing a semiconductor and a sensitizing dye, a hole transport layer containing a conductive polymer, and a second electrode in this order. A manufacturing method comprising the step (1) of forming the short-circuit preventing layer by a vertical deposition method, contacting a conductive polymer precursor with the photoelectric conversion layer, and irradiating the sensitizing dye with light in the presence of an oxidizing agent. And (2) forming the hole transport layer by irradiating and polymerizing the conductive polymer precursor. [Selection] Figure 1 |
