titleOfInvention | Stretching apparatus and stretching method |
abstract | Provided are a stretching apparatus for a material to be stretched such as a fiber that enables a high stretching ratio by multi-stage stretching, and a stretching method using the stretching apparatus. (1) Tapered rate of tapered roller [expressed as (ba) / 2L, where b is the maximum diameter of the roller, a is the minimum diameter, and L is the length of the tapered portion. ] In the range of 0.035 to 0.50, and a stretching apparatus comprising at least a pair of tapered rollers, and (2) using the apparatus, a stretched material such as a thread is interposed between the pair of rollers. A stretching method for a stretched material is disclosed in which the stretched material is stretched while being stretched multiple times from the small diameter side to the large diameter side of the tapered roller. |
