titleOfInvention | Transparent conductive substrate manufacturing method, transparent conductive substrate, and capacitive touch panel |
abstract | A method for producing a transparent conductive substrate for a capacitive touch panel with high pattern recognition, a transparent conductive substrate, and a capacitive touch panel are provided by a simple method without using a vacuum process or a wet etching method. A transparent conductive film containing metal nanowires or metal nanoparticles is formed on at least one main surface of the transparent film with an electrode lead electrode pattern made of a conductive paste, and connected to the electrode lead electrode pattern in the electrode pattern forming portion. The electrode pattern is printed and dried with the pattern forming ink, and the dried electrode pattern is irradiated with pulsed light in the light irradiation unit (18), so that the metal nanowires or metal nanoparticles contained in the transparent conductive pattern forming ink are removed.
