abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for producing an acyl glucuronic acid conjugate which is an ester compound of a compound having a carboxy group and glucuronic acid. For example, after reacting carboxylic acid with 1-chloro-N, N, 2-trimethylpropenylamine (tetramethylchloroenamine: TMCE), the obtained compound and 2,3,4-tri-O are used. -Acyl glucuronic acid conjugate is obtained by reacting allyloxycarbonyl-D-glucuronic acid allyl and further deprotecting. Furthermore, allyl 2,3,4-tri-O-allyloxycarbonyl-D-glucuronic acid is allyl 1,2,3,4-tetra-O-allyloxycarbonyl-D-glucuronic acid such as ammonia or pyrrolidine.
