titleOfInvention | Polyimide precursor and resin composition using the same |
abstract | A polyimide precursor having a structural unit represented by the following formula (I) and having an amino group as a part of a terminal group, wherein a hydrogen atom bonded to a carbon atom adjacent to the carbon atom to which the amino group is bonded. The polyimide precursor whose integrated value of the peak (A) of the 1H-NMR spectrum shown is 3 to 8% of the integrated value of the peak (B) of the 1H-NMR spectrum showing the hydrogen atom of the amide bond of the polyimide precursor. In formula (I), A1 and A2 are each a benzene ring, a group in which two benzene rings are bonded by a single bond, or two or more aromatic rings are each of -O-, -S-, or -CO-. A group bound by either is shown. R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, respectively. A1 and A2 may each have a substituent. |
