titleOfInvention Capacitor element manufacturing jig and capacitor element manufacturing method
abstract Provided is a capacitor element manufacturing jig that can accurately control the immersion position of an anode body in a processing solution and that can perform heat treatment without any trouble when heat treatment is required during the production of the capacitor element. A first substrate 11; a second substrate 12 arranged in parallel along a plane portion of the lower surface of the first substrate; and a plurality of sockets 1 mounted on the lower surface of the second substrate. The first electrical connection terminals 41 on the lower surface of the substrate 11 are individually electrically connected to a power source that supplies current to the capacitor anode body, and the second electrical connection terminals 42 on the upper surface of the second substrate 12 are connected to the socket 1. When the second substrate 12 is arranged in parallel with the lower surface side of the first substrate 11, the first electrical connection terminal 41 comes into contact with and electrically connects to the second electrical connection terminal 42. The socket is electrically connected to the power supply by the connection, and the socket 1 has an insertion port 37 for electrically connecting the lead wire of the capacitor anode body, and the insertion port 37 is located under the second substrate 12. Open in the direction.
