titleOfInvention Urethane foam molding and method for producing the same
abstract A urethane foam molded article having high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, and a method for producing the same are provided. The urethane foam molded article has a base material made of polyurethane foam and composite particles blended in the base material and oriented in an interconnected manner, and the composite particles are made of a heat-conductive material made of a non-magnetic material. Particles, and magnetic particles and insulating inorganic particles bonded to the surface of the thermally conductive particles with a binder. The powder of the composite particles can be produced by stirring the powder raw material containing the powder of the heat conductive particles, the powder of the magnetic particles, the powder of the insulating inorganic particles, and the binder using a stirring granulator. A urethane foam molded product is prepared by injecting a mixed raw material, which is a mixture of composite particle powder and a foamed urethane resin raw material, into a foam cavity and applying a magnetic field so that the magnetic flux density in the cavity is substantially uniform. Manufactured by foam molding.
