[Solution] A manufacturing method includes a plurality of organic electroluminescence elements arranged on a substrate and separated by a bank, and a plurality of organic electroluminescence elements are stacked between a pair of first and second electrodes facing each other. A method for producing an organic electroluminescence panel having a plurality of organic layers, comprising: an organic layer forming step of covering a surface of a substrate having an electrode pattern on a main surface with at least one organic layer; and a bank pattern material A bank forming step of forming a bank pattern by discharging the bank coating liquid to be formed as droplets onto the organic layer by a droplet discharge nozzle and drying.
