titleOfInvention | Surface plasmon excitation enhanced fluorescence spectrometer and surface plasmon excitation enhanced fluorescence spectrometer |
abstract | [Problem] Enhancement of surface plasmon excitation by adjusting the dynamic range of an SPFS device so that even if the analyte concentration is high, the fluorescence signal can be accurately measured regardless of the type of light detection means Provided are a fluorescence spectrometry method and a surface plasmon excitation enhanced fluorescence spectrometer. [Solution] An analyte labeled with a fluorescent substance is excited by surface plasmon light generated by irradiating a metal thin film with excitation light, and the generated fluorescence is received by a light detection means, whereby the analyte is detected. A surface plasmon excitation enhanced fluorescence spectroscopic measurement method for detecting, wherein the dynamic range is expanded by adjusting the amount of fluorescence received by the light detection means. |
