titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of solid electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR, high withstand voltage, and excellent charge / discharge characteristics. In manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor using a conductive polymer as a solid electrolyte, a dielectric comprising a porous body of at least one valve metal selected from the group consisting of aluminum, tantalum and niobium and an oxide film of the valve metal. The capacitor element having a body layer is immersed in a conductive polymer dispersion obtained by oxidative polymerization of thiophene or a derivative thereof with a polymer anion as a dopant, and is taken out and then dried at least once. A conductive polymer layer is formed, and then the capacitor element on which the conductive polymer layer is formed is immersed in a solution in which a cyclic organic compound having at least one hydroxyl group is dissolved, taken out, and then dried. The operation is performed at least once to produce a solid electrolytic capacitor. [Selection figure] None |
