titleOfInvention | Switching type fluorescent nanoparticle probe and fluorescent molecular imaging method using the same |
abstract | Provided is a novel fluorescent nanoparticle probe for imaging having a switching function (a function in which a fluorescent dye is quenched in a blood component and emits fluorescence at a tumor or an inflammatory site to be imaged). A fluorescent nanoparticle probe comprising a molecular assembly comprising an amphiphilic block polymer having a hydrophilic block chain and a hydrophobic block chain, and a fluorescent dye encapsulated in the molecular assembly, comprising: (a) a hydrophilic block The chain contains a unit selected from a sarcosine unit and an alkylene oxide unit as a hydrophilic essential constituent unit, and (b) the hydrophobic block chain is a hydrophobic unit selected from the group consisting of an amino acid unit and a hydroxyl acid unit. It is included as an essential structural unit, and (c) the fluorescent dye is represented by the following formula (I): [Chemical 1] A fluorescent nanoparticle probe, which is a polylactic acid-binding cyanine compound comprising a fluorescent group represented by formula (1) and a polylactic acid group having 5 to 50 lactic acid units, wherein the fluorescent dye is included in a plurality of molecules per one molecular assembly.
