Solar cell module and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
The manufacturing method of the solar cell module of the present invention includes (A) a step of applying a conductive adhesive composition containing conductive particles containing metal (a) on the electrode of the solar cell, and (B) coating. The step of arranging the wiring member so as to face the electrode of the solar battery cell with the conductive adhesive composition sandwiched therebetween, the step of heating the solar cell with the wiring member obtained in the steps (C) and (B) (D) A sealing resin is laminated on both sides of the solar cell with wiring member obtained in the steps (D) and (C), a protective glass is laminated on the light receiving surface of the solar cell, and a protective film is laminated on the back surface of the solar cell. And (a) the melting point of the metal in the conductive particles is equal to or lower than the heating temperature in the step (C). |
