abstract | Provided is an analytical method capable of accurately quantifying vitamin E homologues in fats and oils containing tocopherol and tocotrienol for each homologue. High performance liquid chromatography using a normal phase column as the separation column and hexane: ethyl acetate: acetic acid = 98.5-99.8: 0.1-0.5: 0.1-1 (v / v) as the mobile phase. By the graphic (HPLC) method, vitamin E homologues in fats and oils containing tocopherol and tocotrienol can be accurately quantified for each homologue. |
