titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof
abstract In a solid electrolytic capacitor, the manufacturing process of the solid electrolytic capacitor is simplified, and the solid electrolytic capacitor is increased in capacity, reduced in ESR, and improved in yield. In the method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention, first, an anode foil 111 is produced by cutting a metal foil having a dielectric film formed on the surface thereof. Next, an electrically insulating resin film 7 covering the end surface region 111 a is formed on at least the end surface region 111 a located in the width direction 91 of the anode foil 111 in the end surface of the anode foil 111. Then, after forming the resin film 7, the anode lead tab terminal 30 is attached to the anode foil 111, and then the anode foil 111 is wound without overlapping the cathode foil while overlapping the conductive separator 112 thereon. The wound body 11 is produced. Next, a solid electrolyte layer is formed on the wound body 11, a cathode layer is formed on the solid electrolyte layer outside the wound body 11, and a cathode lead frame is electrically connected to the cathode layer.
