titleOfInvention | Glycopeptide array |
abstract | According to the present invention, non-specific adsorption / binding of a detection target substance can be suppressed without coding a glycopeptide array useful for detecting the binding between the detection target substance and a glycopeptide and an adsorption inhibitor. An array on which the glycopeptide is immobilized is provided. In the present invention, a glycopeptide in which a molecule having a carbonyl group is bound to a peptide moiety is efficiently immobilized on a substrate coated with a polymer compound containing a unit having a primary amino group via the carbonyl group. I found out. In particular, the present inventors have used a substrate coated with a polymer compound comprising a unit having a primary amino group, a unit for retaining hydrophilicity, and a unit having a hydrophobic group as a substrate for a glycopeptide array. It was found that the use of can efficiently immobilize glycopeptides and can effectively suppress non-specific adsorption / binding of the detection target substance. |
