titleOfInvention | MEDICAL MATERIAL, DRIED BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEM |
abstract | It aims at providing the medical material excellent in adhesiveness with a biomolecule, and a dried body. The medical material includes a first hydrogel precursor having a nucleophilic group and a second hydrogel precursor having an electrophilic group capable of binding to the nucleophilic group and binding to a functional group of a biomolecule. The body is combined. In particular, the medical material has more electrophilic groups than the nucleophilic groups. In a preferred embodiment, the medical material is substantially free of nucleophilic groups. A dry body is obtained by freeze-drying the medical material. |
