titleOfInvention Culture method and culture apparatus
abstract A culture method and a culture apparatus for efficiently producing cells and / or cell tissues suitable for medical applications are provided. The culture method according to the present invention is a method of culturing cells adhered to the electrode layer 30, comprising a terminal amino acid 11 constituting one end and binding to the electrode layer via thiolate, and the other end. A cell adhesion sequence 14 composed of a cell adhesion amino acid sequence, and a plurality of acidic amino acids 13a and a plurality of basic amino acids 13b that bind to the one terminal side of the cell adhesion sequence 14 alternately one by one. A first step of culturing the cells by adhering the cells to the electrode layer 30 coated with the oligopeptide 10 having the alternating sequence 13 and the electrode layer 30 to which the cells are adhered. Applying a potential at which the peptide 10 is reductively desorbed to desorb the cells from the electrode layer 30.
