titleOfInvention X-ray tomography system
abstract The X-ray tomography apparatus (1) includes an X-ray tube (31) and a direct conversion type detector (32). The X-ray tube and the detector are rotatably supported by the support means (21, 311 and 312) along the curved path. Scanning and image reconstruction are performed under the direction of the computer (11). The X-ray tube and the detector are moved independently of each other along the trajectory so that the X-rays always pass through the desired cross section of the imaging target at a desired angle. A cross-sectional panoramic image is generated using the frame data, and the frame data and the panoramic image are used to optimize the focus of the structure on the imaging target and suppress distortion caused by the difference in the angle of the X-ray path. A tomographic image is generated. This device can be implemented as medical equipment, including dental equipment, and destructive inspection equipment. It is also possible to have CT imaging functions.
