titleOfInvention | Polyol for producing polyurethane and method for producing polyurethane using the same |
abstract | Provided is a polyol that solves the problems of insufficient mechanical properties and moisture resistance of urethane elastomers and polyurethane foams produced using conventional polyols. The present invention is a polyol (PL) for polyurethane production comprising the following polyol (a) and the following strength improver (b). Polyol (a): Polyoxyalkylene, which is an alkylene oxide adduct of active hydrogen-containing compound (H), wherein 40% or more of the terminal hydroxyl groups are primary hydroxyl group-containing groups represented by formula (I) Polyol. [In General Formula (I), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group, or a phenyl group. ] Strength improver (b): at least one compound selected from the group consisting of ester compounds, thioester compounds, phosphate ester compounds and amide compounds, which is derived from a divalent or higher aromatic polyvalent carboxylic acid .
